From NDA to App Store launch, step by step.
Xntric Designs is built around a simple, transparent process. We protect your idea, shape it into a focused product, build and test it together, then launch it to the App Store with a clear plan for support and revenue sharing.
Before we talk details, we’ll agree on a non-disclosure agreement so everyone is comfortable sharing the idea. The goal is simple: give you the confidence to be fully open about what you want to build.
You walk us through the concept: who it’s for, what it does, and why it matters. This isn’t a technical spec. It’s a conversation about the user, the problem, and what “success” looks like for the app.
We talk about how you expect users to be supported once the app is live: what happens if something breaks, what “good” response time looks like, and how critical the app is to your customers or business. This gives us a shared picture of what long-term care needs to look like.
Together we define the initial version of the app: core screens, key flows, and the look and feel you want. We’ll align on branding, interaction style, and the must-have functionality for the first release.
Xntric Designs builds an interactive prototype of the app. As we go, we share screenshots, short descriptions, and key decisions so you can see the product taking shape and give feedback early instead of waiting until the end.
Once the prototype is ready, we publish it to Apple’s TestFlight service so you can install the app on your own device. This is where you get a feel for how it really works, not just how it looks in screenshots.
After you’re happy with the basics and we’ve made any initial fixes, you can invite more people—colleagues, customers, or early adopters—to join the TestFlight build. We’ll collect feedback, look for patterns, and make targeted improvements.
Once we’re confident in the experience, we finalize the build and prepare the App Store submission. After launch, Xntric Designs manages updates, bug fixes, and ongoing improvements, while we both share in the upside through the agreed 50/50 profit-share model.
